1.What Payment Methods does Myshoescollection.Com accept?
Myshoescollection.com uses Paypal's shopping cart system to accept credit card and bank payments.

Customers without a Paypal account will have an option to set up an account with Paypal while you go through the payment process. However, you do not need to create a PayPal account if you choose not to. You will be prompted by PayPal concerning whether you would like to create an account with them or not after the transaction goes through.
If you have or choose to create a Paypal account, returning purchases to Myshoescollection.Com or to any websites that accepts Paypal payments as well as eBay auctions can be done in a few clicks. Paypal is an eBay company with industry leading security to protect your financial info.

2.My payment won’t go through, what’s wrong?
The majority of transactions will not encounter any difficulties. However if your payment doesn’t go through smoothly, the most common reasons include:
·The web browser being used does not have cookies enabled.
·The credit card being used does not have the international transactions facility enabled.
·The payment system has timed out. The system will cut off your payment connection if it has been idle for one hour.
Some potential solutions include:
·Enable cookies in your browser (this setting is usually found in the browser options).
·Contact your bank to ensure international transactions are enabled for your credit card.
·Go to the view cart section again to reinitiate the payment process.
·Try another credit card, it sounds obvious but it sometimes does the trick.
·Try another computer, this also sounds really obvious but sometimes the security settings on a computer system can prevent the successful completion of a transaction.

3.Is My Payment to Myshoescollection.Com Secure?
All Payment are done online through the 100% secured "https" Paypal server. Paypal is an eBay company that is trusted world wide. Myshoescollection.Com will never get your credit card number (Paypal transfers your payment to us) and you never have to worry about your credit card info gets stolen or sold to other party online because Paypal protects the sensitive information on its online secure servers.


4.Does Myshoescollection.com have a satisfaction guarantee?
We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your product within 7 days of receipt you can send it back to us for a refund (less shipping fees,from you to us,and from us to you)
All returns and exchanges must be in original new condition with all accessories in new condition. We cannot take back any worn or used products. Additional shipping fee will be requested for exchange.

5.How are shoes packaged?
Purchases are shipped directly from one of our independent distributors, and are all packaged in its original box. Be aware that shoe boxes sometimes become damaged due to poor handling by shipping agents.

6.When do I get my tracking number?
As soon as we receive a tracking number from our shipping carrier, we will immediately send an email to you. Remember, we will not receive this information untill your order has arrived within your continent, so if you are located in the United States,United kingdom, Europe,Cananda,Australia, we may not receive it untill 1-2 days after your order has been processed.

7.How long will it take before I receive my order?
As stated in our terms and conditions, processing takes 1-3 business days and delivery takes up to 7 business days. In total that is up to 10 business days from the time we receive payment untill it arrives at your shipping destination. Often times the shipping process is much faster and it only takes 2 days from the time we process your order, however we reserve the right to take up to 7 business days because at times there are circumstances out of control that delay the shipping process. Rest assured, we make every attempt to get your order to you as fast as possible.

Please note, we are unable to send express shipping or 'speed' up your order in anyway. If you need your shoes before the 10 business days, then we reccomend you do not place your order.

8.What happens if I don’t receive my order on time?
Don’t panic – contact our customer services team who will investigate why your order has not been delivered and do their best to resolve any problems for you.Contact us  through

9.I made a mistake with my order and it’s status says Shipped, what should I do?
If the shoes have already left then we can not make changes to the order. Please wait until you receive your shoes, then e mail us at
sales@myshoescollection.com  we will send your further instructions.

10.Can I cancel my order?
Customer satisfaction is important to all of us. We will ship your merchandise as quickly as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we can cancel it for you. However, we shall not be able to process a cancellation once your order has been shipped.

11.What about out-of-stock items?
We make every effort to keep a good stock of all the items on our site. Occasionally, a high-demand item may go out-of-stock. If we are out-of-stock of an item you ordered, we will notify you via email. You may cancel any unavailable merchandise or have a back-order entered at that time.

12.What is the cost of shipping?
www.myshoescollection.com provides free shipping cost to customers from US/UK/Canada//New Zealand/Australia/Ireland and some other countries. We don’t ship to all countries in the world. Please enquiry us for more details through sales@myshoescollection.com

13.How to track my shipment?
