Shipping Policy

www.myshoescollection.com provides free shipping cost to customers from US/UK/Canada//New Zealand/Australia/Ireland and some other countries.
Delivery time is usually 7 to 12 business days from the time you place your order and providing we received your payment.But please keep in mind that at times there are circumstances out of control that delay the shipping process.

Track your order! Usually your order will be processed and prepared in 2 days.Once the order is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you automatically. Please follow the instructions on the email in order to track your package. With this tracking number, you can track the progress of your package from the time your order leaves our warehouse to the time it arrives to your door!
 
Ruturn Policy
You may return products under same restrictions as exchanges. If a refund is issued, it will be in the same form as original payment. We are not responsible for shipping costs in either exchanges or returns, and for all refunds there is a 15% processing fee. Exchanges are completely free of charge, although we are not responsible for shipping costs.

Exchanged Policy
All exchanges must be addressed within 7 days of receiving products. In order to make an exchange, all shoes must be in original, unworn, dead stock condition, with original packing or you will not qualify for an exchange. Exchanges can only be made if the products were factory defects or it was under our mistake.

Unacceptable reasons for exchange are customer chose wrong size/wrong color/wrong style/customer decides no longer wants.

We will exchange if we sent incorrect products or products are factory defective. A 15% Restocking Fee MAY Be Applied To Exchanges Depending On Each Circumstance; It May Be Waived Depending On The Circumstance Of The Order.
We will not accept returns or exchanges just because the customer decides they no longer want a pair of shoe,or because the customer has picked the wrong shoe or because the customer thought they would look different from the pictures.
